pretty good for heightmaxxing, really effective for bone turnover rate, so even if you're deficient in estrogen which helps form bones your production will still be semi-regular. it'll also make your bones stronger, though probably a minimal effect for most in terms of facial aesthetics

yeah i spammed the shit out of it when i was schizo. made my bones hella strong, i grew 4" after 18 too but it might not be just from strontium.
