Struggle to look in the eyes

Who else struggles to look people in the eyes when your talking to them,
I wonder if they see my acne and stuff and js judge me
I can’t hold a normal conversation anymore with anyone even family members

Idk I can look from afar but not too long, Cz from up close u see the flaws

I also feel uncomfortable when i have to do eyecontact. My family keeps telling me to look in peoples eyes during conversations

You should train eye contact then it increases ur perceived confidence. I don't struggle with eye contact and eye contact is good since it increases ur confidence compared to looking down or away

I know it's hard but u have to man trust me its worth it and get rid of that acne
