I've been drinking 3 litres of water everyday but my face is still puffy.
My diet:
Breakfast:
Oats

Lunch:
Sandwich and French fries and juice
Dinner:
Rice/patsa
Mince and cheese
Or
Goyslop
I average 20 000 steps a day. And gymcel everyday.
