i used to be able to eat large amounts up to like 6000kcal a day but all of a sudden 3 weeks ago i just got this constant full feeling which is very unlike me and ive just been seeing how long it takes for me to get hungry since. ive woken up at 4am and not eaten until 6pm and that had to be forced down since I still didn't have an appetite. does anyone know why or how I can fix this or use it to my advantage since im trying to lose fat?
