What are the most common mistakes people make when trying to get lean and reveal more facial definition.

If muscle mass is not important to you that much, just waterfast. You will loose less muscle mass because your GH spikes for the first 10 days. Did a 30 day waterfast myself. You dont have cravings after 3 days and its really chill.

A healthy Alternative on YT is good.

If you are really radical and want to loose 1.5kg a day do a 5-7 day dryfast. YES DRYFAST. Its possible and you dont die. Dr. August Dunning on YT - Phoenix Protocol. This is extreme but will heal a lot Injures and Health problems aswell. Did 5days last year and reversed my blood sugar problems
