Struggling with mewing consistency

My mouth posture is naturally really bad. Ive been correcting it as much as I can for the past two or three months. The problem is tha whenever I mew, it gets hard to breath through my nose. I think it’s because my palette is narrow and my tongue crowds my mouth but I’m not really sure. This makes it hard to mew for extended periods because I have to stop to take proper breaths. If anyone knows why this happens lmk.
