Struggling with scalp psoriasis

Anyone know how to fix it?

It literally fucked up my hair I went to a dermatologist, been doing what she told me to for couple of months bot no significant change.. only less dandruffs but my hair is still fucked up & still have not alot of volume if it keep going like that I will go bald
