Struggling with weight bad recently

Two week ago I a was comfortably at 162-164 now 176-179 i hopped back on creatine but let's be honest that maybe accounts for 1 pound im 5'11 im 15 I take appetite suppressant meds when i dont take then im crazy for food like cannot stop myself I usually eat my lunch within my first class period and eat upwards of 7k calories on normal days like today I took my meds and still ate upwards of 4k calories im so fucking hungry im so hungry please god why am i hungry sometimes I dont wanna eat but im hungry my stomach growls liek cartoons bruh and im gaining so much weight im so ugly im so fat

lol nigga find pleasure outside food, the only way to be a fatty is because you eat out of anxiety. you are so anxious that you are considering ridiculous facts like the weight coming from creatine :feelskek:

1 pound from creatine probably im so stressed I play games football and allat but so hungry and cals are too easy to consume brah im stressed about being ugly and weight then I eat like a retard in need a eating disorder like anorexia
 
Well creatine would have put weight on you maybe 1-3kg and you could be “fatter” because your constantly bloated carrying a bunch of water weight your best bet to losing it is when you get hungry just eat little things like fruits and you gotta be disciplined once you get used to the feeling of being hungry it won’t affect you meaning u won’t have to go eat or you can just hop on Reta

I understand that bruh best bet is to try deal with the hunger feeling then and maybe eat 1 meal less every week if that makes any sense also swap out the junk food that is another reason to being hungry

I dont eat alot of junk tbh and no fast food

if you are that concerned just do stairmaster til you faint and start by cutting calories, little steps (100 cals per day for example) or youll end up with worst anxiety and fearing food lmao. but be aware of how much shit you eat and the macros of the food that you but into ur body, proteins supress you appetite way better than 1 kilogram of shit full of sugar. just chill and think cold you got this

2 weeks ago I was 45 pound down adn 162 i started at 207 and 5'8 but I ballooned up to 6 feet and 179 when I was 6 foot 162 (im like ¼ inch away from 6 foot)
