Stubborn Acne

Can someone explain to me why there is a constant cycle going on with my acne, I get rid or minimize certain area then I just flare up in another area worse. I started with .025 Tret for about 2 months same problem then .05 for another 2 and now it’s been bout 2 weeks on .1 and azaelic acid. Also have been using another antibiotic cream in the morning (forget the name). This cycle has been really annoying and it seems that it just makes my already bad appearance worse

I was on 80mgs accutane and it didn't get better until month 4-5 so you might have to wait a bit longer. Also don't mix clindamycin (that's what you use I assume) with tret those are separate treatments. You can use clindamycin a bit as a spot treatment but don't cover your face with it.
Do a food sensitivity test and check your hormones if it doesn't get better. A lot of people see improvements after cutting out dairy too.
IDK much about how azelaic acid interacts with tret but it might be too many topicals at once.
