Stubborn Calf Fat?

Can anyone help give tips on what to do for stubborn calf fat? I’m 130lb 6”1 and my calves are still slightly chubby. I do calf massages every now and then to drain lymphatic fluids but I was thinking of using aqualyx. Any other tips are greatly appreciated.
