This is my first thread on this forum.
Basically I am stuck cuz i keep overrthinking random things, and think it is an sign that something is wrong with me. Every convo, everything, etc, plays in my head and make me feel like dumb, weird, autistic, sub3, etc
My mind keeps on picking new things when the worry on the old one fades away, new things could be literally anything.
Is this cuz of isolation & brainrot or what, does anyone else have it.
also idk if anyone will see this or anything cuz this is my first time using this forum
