am pretty normal facialy I do not have a lot of flaws but I have pretty flat cheekbones and am pretty much boneless all do what ever it takes to gain visible bonemass I used to be sub5 in know all my flaws what am asking is some advice on what to take

but also eat enough calcium daily and get vitamin d3 and k2

and hard chewing (wolffs law and in general)
