It’s so over for my mental disclipline. Just ruined a weeks worth of hard dieting. I will never be lean. Time to rope max.

but fr tho 6 days?? 😂😂 am going strong for almost 4 weeks now and any second binge monster is bout to resurface it feels like 😬 so i think might get this next month

Thats why you binged. You need to maximize satiety per calorie in a deficit so you physically feel “full” on lower calories. Especially when you’re only eating 1500/day.

Vegetables (green beans, spinach, broccoli). Eat a lb of them with every meal and even more if you’re still hungry. They have very little calories but have a lot of volume and fiber which stretch and fill your stomach making you feel full.

I also recommend that you add 500 calories worth of cardio everyday so you can up your calorie intake to 2000 and make the same progress but be able to eat more. I’ve successfully cut without cardio, but now much prefer simply adding 1-2 hrs of cardio a day so I can eat more food. Same progress but much less suffering and dietary freedom
