If you took an average baby from Equatorial Guinea and raised it in the UK his IQ would be substantially higher than it would otherwise have been. There is a lot of evidence for this. Look up the Flynn Effect too while you’re at it. I’ll leave it at that because frankly I don’t find you worthy of arguing with.

Obviously environment / education has a huge role in iq but it's beyond doubt that genetics plays an extremely significant role. The average baby will have a significantly higher iq than otherwise but also a significantly lower iq than the average UK citizen despite similar education / nutrition. Maybe you should look up the role of genetics in iq, it's undeniable.

Yes we all know that generally high IQ parents make high IQ children, and that IQ is largely genetic, but this still says nothing about IQ differences between ethnic groups.
