I remember it was briefly touched on in my nutrition class weight seems to be correlated with an early puberty especially in girls.

weight is indeed correlated with earlier puberty though I read in studies. It is also correlated with most of height growth being done in elementary school and much less height growth being done in teen years. definitely one factor is estrogen being created in adipose tissue
she told me she had puberty induced body hair since she was like 9 though so I guess she started puberty early but had an average age at onset of menarche somehow though?
