A good physique can't be passed on to future generations.

If the body ain't good, the face ain't that good either. Overwhelming majority of fat people have bloated faces. You have to at least be low bodyfat, especially for males(where leaner more angular faces are prefered), in order to maximize attractiveness.

You need to be lean to be attractive facially in the first place, but then would women prefer lean muscular or just skinny dudes? The answer is pretty obvious

The study just tells you women don't like fat dudes which is water
