This is skewed by the number of ugly indians working at h1b tech jobs, exclude indians and it'll be the opposite. Also it gets contradicted by the fact that taller people earn more on average anyways

It appears that more beautiful workers earn more, not because they are beautiful, but because they are healthier, more intelligent, and have better (more Conscientious and Extraverted, and less Neurotic) personalities.

This is retarded because health is literally a facet of attractiveness:

Any black pillar on this forum would tell you that attractive people have better (extroverted, nt) personalities on average because they get more public affirmation and positive reinforcement. Depends on the job. The study is pointing out that there did not exist any gained benefit from being attractive & earnings, but there actually was a premium from being ugly.

If you work as a software consultant your personality doesn’t mean anything, in reality most of the very rich people are uglies
