This is true somewhat, as it is that women are chad loyal when given the chance. Though there can only be so few chads to distribute on a colossal scale. Lest we not forget how cultural factors can effect one's mating strategy/preference. An Asian guy who is under Black cultural influence may date black women, have an easier time dating them and so forth. The race loyality effect applies to men too.
