Cause it doesn't do shit to combat the problem and costs more than a transplant. You might have a few pre-miniaturized hairs pop up for a few months, that's about it.

In my shithole country, it costs $50 per treatment. You need three treatments in the first 3 months, and from then on it's once every 6 months or so
