theres many things but the most recent thing that got me fucked up is studying about attraction and such

it makes you realize that relationships are cucked no matter if both people are loyal or not (externally) because naturally you and your partner will always want to fuck other people, and the idea of loyalty is simply suppressing this feeling, it doesn’t really actually go away because it’s in our nature
