Studying with adhd

I have tests coming up and I have adhd but not the hyperactivity I don’t think. but my retard psychiatrist delayed my appointment for a prescription to next month.

I find it really hard to focus while attempting to study, does anyone have any supplements or drugs I can order in the meanwhile? Caffeine slightly helps but not really

Alcohol is my favourite medicine, but you won’t get much done my mate, will fuck you up in the long run also.
