I honestly doubt malnutrition stunts anything as long as you restore proper nutrition eventually. That’s why some people will appear to continue to develop longer. They didn’t have enough “building blocks” (proper nutrition) to grow, but once proper nutrition was restored, you’ll get everything your destined to get in terms of growth.

Just eat proper from now on.

cope resorting proper nutrition will restore his hormones and increase his BMD and muscle mass retard. Eveyone (including you probably) eats shit that’s nutritionally void of any nutrients, so even if he ate 10k calories a day he can still be malnourished.

i starved for like 1-2 months when i was 17 and i lowk stopped growing after that even when i started to eat normal.

Big facts. A 2000 cal real and nutritional dense food diet can give your body all you need to grow taller. A 4000 cal shit goyslop diet is worse, calories mean nothing.

Exactly, i’m not sure where people have got the idea that calories = nutrition, and if you have low calories your malnourished .

Every 2025 normie is realistically malnourished.

Looking at my flatmates diet:
Cereal for breakfast
Pasta
Bread with nutella or some other bs spread
occasional eggs / chicken

Could legit eat 1200 calories and get more nutrients than their entire 3k day of eating

Yeah. I researched on that cause im currently 60kg at 1.76 cm low bf cause lean is law and good muscle mass (i bench 80kg on bench press) but i was concerned about if i was taking this cut too far cause im theorically underweight and malnourished as OMS says . I decide to research a lot about nutrition and then realized that im feeling completely fine and my workouts are getting better every week also i never felt that energic before. So to conclude they have always teached us about nutrition in a bad way (jewish propaganda) and we focus only in cals when in reality the only thing that matters is getting the right amount of nutrients our body needs.

Fasting is very good i been doing since im a child cause my father and i simply dont have hunger at the morning ( another myth is that breakfast is the most important meal of the day jfl). I basically eat chicken, steak sometimes, sometimes fish, eggs every day, kefir, a lot of cheese (i love cheese), kiwi,orange, mango,berries,banana and for preworkout dates with butter, 100% cacao chocolate, raw honey and pomegranate/grape juice.
Im currently trying to figure out how much and wich source of carbs should i eat. Potatoes and sweet potatoes are ok in my opinion. Pasta and rice ik is bad for its nutritional value but i feel like i need some of it before working out (glycogen stores and all that shit i think its not tthat bad to get some simple carbs). And the most goated source of carb in my opiniong is sourdoguh bread.

Also i forgot to mention that i put a lot of lemon juice when im eating chicken to season it. It tastes good and lemons are goated for its vitamin c.

Whats yours and what you think about carbs?

PD: i know fruits are mainly carbs but whem im talking about carbs im refering to the clasics ones (bread,pasta,rice etc)

Mainly high fat beef, eggs, fish (salmon mainly), butter are my main foods sources. Once a week i eat liver. I don’t see any reason to consume carbs apart from pre workout, maybe post workout also, since something can be said about the insulin spike from carbs which is anabolic. That being said, they are 100% not necessary nutritionally or for building muscle.

Carbs aren’t necessarily bad, but they shouldn’t be the main part of a diet like they are now. I do like potatoes (without skin due to anti nutrients), can eat quite a lot for little calories. Berries are best form of fruit imo. since stuff like bananas are also manufactured bs now with all the shit injected in them to make them larger etc.

If you do low or no carb you most likely don’t need to worry about vitamin c. Glucose and vitamin c compete for the same receptors which is why on high carb diet, lot of vitamin c is needed. thats why sailors who are buiscits got scurvy since their diet had no/little vit c and high in carbs. with low carb, low vit c is needed since less competition at receptors

Very high iq man. I didnt know about the bananas thing and the effets of high carbs on vit c. What do you think about coconut water as intratraining drink and to get potassium? Btw IMO the real or the main softmax is a clean and whole food diet.

No need to be dogmatic about certain foods. Like even though companies inject fruits now to make them larger etc, no need to fully avoid them. As long as the bulk of your diet is all good, your not gonna do any harm in eating certain things sometimes.
