No it is not. If I breed with her thinking she's got good genetic quality I'll get a disabled child. Makeup should be banned.

I also doubt you'll get a disabled child, it's not like she's deformed or retarded. Also, she'll most likely reject you, so worrying about having kids with her is pretty pointless.
