theres a lot of people online who say if youre certain age dont go above certain dose or above 200 mg or some shit should i believe them or what
 
U just gonna reduce 2-3 ye off ur life, don't give a shi bout that, my friend did 400mg, blood report came normal, if u wanna do this in a safe range go for 100mg, minimal health risk.( Answered this assuming u asking bout tren ace)

Hmm intredasting. I am thinking you not taking more than you need to anyway. Because it is not too dangerous to taking over limiting because it excretion through urination.

But that depending on whether it is water soluble vitamin or fat soluble. If you taking getting something like zinc or mag than these get excretion because it s bind to oxygen, becomeing water soluble.

If you are taking something make suring it is not fat soluble or else it will being toxic because it accumulate in body.

Calcium magnesium zinc vitd3? Those are minerals and one is a hormone. The only danger of overdose here is calcium because your already taking d3. When you take calcium you only get half of it but with d3 its gonna increase its absorption. So take d3 and moderate calcium as for the zinc and magnesium dnt worry gng they cant overdose. I take like 80 mg of zinc a day for my stupid fucking acne as it helps it shrink and magnesium 500mg d3 5000iu not fan of calcium supp tho.

Sometimes in depends on weight and on u. Cuz u might not be as responsive as other people so u might need higher or lower dosages
