So I thought of posting myself or parts of my face but I guess that would be very stupid since it takes one screenshot and background information to ruin my life.

wouldnt ruin your life, but if youre scared just do it in pms.
Or you could try taking a picture where you only can see the structure and not hair, skin and anything else, and you could say, give THIS guy surgery recommendations. So it wont be 100% traceable back to you
