My weights don't go above 24kg, I dumbbell bench that shit for 14 reps
I doubt I should because my backpacks will die but
I'm thinking of returning to dips
I used to do 40kg on top of bw (60kg) for 15 reps b4, should I? Idk those are fatiguing asf but I like the cortisol spike feel
Also thought of training for One Arm Pushup, not the straddle (legs apart) shit for weaklings
Thoughts?

if ure stuck on ur dumbbell weights and cant increase it anymore then can u at least increase the weights for dips? I think it would be better than just spamming the same dumbbell weights

What gym are you working out at if they dont have dumbells above 24kg?? Switch gyms immediately. Dont you have a Smith machine atleast? If not i would just do dips with more weight bcs wtf are you doing 15 reps for. One Arm Pushups ist useluss bra your not baki or one punch man jfl

Y would I waste money on weights and Y would I waste money on gym when I have everything at home
ill probably make a return to dips and try hitting 2xbw for 8
