My weights don't go above 24kg, I dumbbell bench that shit for 14 reps
I doubt I should because my backpacks will die but
I'm thinking of returning to dips
I used to do 40kg on top of bw (60kg) for 15 reps b4, should I? Idk those are fatiguing asf but I like the cortisol spike feel
Also thought of training for One Arm Pushup, not the straddle (legs apart) shit for weaklings
Thoughts?
