Sub 9.5 MFR is pretty much always caused by narrow IPD and Long Philtrum.

Is IPD is probably 55mm and a 16 - 17mm philtrum.

His ESR is probably .41 - .38

He probably has Sub 1.75 FWHR too.

my midfaceratio on pics is 0.8 and in real life its 0.92. yeah still bad but shows you cant trust pics if you messure
