Definitely ascended to average levels from that first picture you looked like you were going bald. That being said, you have a lot to improve on, first easy softmaxx I'd do is to dye eyebrows and eyelashes darker, gives more appeal. See what can be done about that mole- clean up skin in general for an easy +1 in my honest opinion, also you say you're 6'4, a very big bonus.

Dyed my eyebrows, lashes too much effort. Mole is exact one my father has in same place so I feel like it connects me to him somehow, dont wanna get rid of it. And I am balding

Lashes are the cherry ontop of the cream, with your complexion it'd be a nice bonus, try to find a studio where a professional does it, in my country it's 10€ to have it done properly in a studio, I'd also warmly suggest you do something to thicken the eyebrows, topical minoxidil works as a start (apply in AM and PM routine). I think that's sweet you don't wanna remove the mole for your connection to your father, but be aware it's unattractive.
Start unfucking your balding now. Oral minoxidil + topical minoxidil aswell as dermaroller is the first line to not go bald.
