The first pic was me at age 17 in my senior year of highschool, extremely depressed, eating whatever I wanted like a retard.
The second pic was me age 18 roughly 12 months after the first pic, I was around 20-25%bf I didn't know about looksmaxxing but I did lose weight as well as went to the boxing gym regularly so i may have been bonesmashing unknowningly lol. I also debloat my face and lost *some* weight.
In the future, once I start cutting weight I'll make sure to get down to 12% body fat and use accutane and hydrocortisone to reduce nose width and increase skin health.
