you dont have a negative canthal tilt
you dont have recessed infras

You can get orbital decompression [lateral wall] and deep [5mm] fixes all problems

You look good but the eyes are bulging and soft maxing won't fix that alone, it's best to improve the other features around it like eyelashes and eyebrows maybe makeup if desperate

Not 100% sure. Any occuplastic surgeons specializing in decompression would be best. You can opt for raymond douglas he's in america but personally i recomend Deepak Rakesh, he's in india, but he''s very skilled

You think fat grafting is gonna help me? I dont think orbital decompression is worth the risk and besides I have a very clearly negative orbital vector so I do think its just that my infras are recessed and my canthal tilt is fucked:

Orbital vector includes eye protrusion

You need saddled infra + decomp, not fat graft. You have an abundance of fat

U look like rami malek, fat graft isnt gonna save. You need foundational surgery
