U just look totally average. No strong bone structure or strong features. U said ur not interested in surgeries, filler or roids but frankly they are ur only options. Unless ur 16 or smth how old are u?

You need to grow out your hair it will def help. Also focus on improving your eye area make it your number 1 priority, you have good potential definitely not sub5
