Sub 5 Road to Glory:

This is the first post of hopefully many, where I document my journey.

I’m 19, 176cm, and 22% BF, as seen in Picture.

Maybe there’s no hope in height, but I want to maximise everything else that I can.

First Moves:

Lose Weight ( Goal is 14%) + Grow Hair Out to Style
Nice Skin
Subtle Tan

I plan on dieting through omad, and going to the gym on a 4 day split, while getting daily cardio in throughout the day.

Is there anything I can take to help? I’m not against injections or anything.

First find some contact lenses or good glasses. No amount of looksmaxing will save you from bad frames, which you have now by the way

Ur face doesn’t look bad for 22 percent
 
i highly doubt thats 22% but for tan just take mt2, I guess. Other than that, just see where it takes you.
 
Opinion: Facially your not bad at all, but you do lack dimorphism which makes you look like a cute pretty boy and not manly

Protocol: Now because of this, you need to hop on test and add some muscle to the frame and that mandatory if you are planning on having a GF submit to you and listen to you while taking you serious for sure.
I will also recommend a light stubble as well to show off more dimorphism and make sure it's light to the point you can still see the jawline and angles.
Its not over but you basically 5 CM or 2 inches below the average height, so you have to fraud via lifts and shoes with thicker soles
You look too gamy n nerdish, get contact n make em blue
Your max potential is probs HMTN, I would say HTN but the height stops you from that lowkey

3-5% error. even if done properly its super inaccurate. get a dexa or just compare urself to reference images
I’d probably look at Dexa after I feel i’m closer to my goals, and for sure man, appreciate the call out on that error!

Drop to 14%, grow the hair, tan, simple, effective. Gym + cardio daily is the move. Update in 3 months or we assume you ascended to Valhalla.

Why would you recommend this? I don’t know much about it other than it got picked up as a trend on tt for a while
ashwaganda lowers cortisol which helps with natural test production. not super drastic but its there if u want it. has other effects on sleep and shit aswell but its mostly placebo, which isnt all that bad either. i like my cope supplements

Well, End of the first day, was tracked with an ultra 2, and i can’t really say much about it.

Had my gym session pretty early on, no work today so worked on my own business for rest of time, and then headed out with gf for this walk.

editing to say i should’ve went for my walk at an earlier time, but it doesn’t matter as im just building the routine now anyways.

pretty low effort day, so i can imagine this being a active recovery type day, maybe a bit more effort tbh.

but overall, doing something, starting something.

also adding:

never really been a huge drinker of water by itself, without diluting juice or flavouring.

also in a habit of drinking very sweet drinks such as monsters and pepsi max’s and etc.

I’m making the change to drink around 3.5L of water a day, tracking by time slots, and also cutting out most of the soda around me, besides the occasional white monster when i do need a kick

looking for any suggestions on anything atm that you think would be more effective than current set up.

End of Day 2: Didn’t feel too bad tbh, just getting back into the routine of things, still tracking with ultra 2.

Had work at 5:30 till 2, but managed to squeeze in a cardio session during my lunch break.

Got my 3L of water in too, so another improvement, definitely thinking i’ll jus time my intake to make it easier for myself.

hit lower back and legs, then some cardio before a 20 min steam room.

had my omad, and then headed out with cousins to take them trick or treating.

Alright day, could’ve done more, but fine with progress anyways.
 
I will rape you my bhai, Why tf are you calling yourself subhuman when you're literally fucking white with good amount of facial leaness and clear skin.,

Dye you hair, grow your hair, make it curly tiktok style or messy mod cut rodrick heffely style,

Take oral minox to grow hair on head, eyebrows and eyelashes,

mt2 or betacarotene/ tanning ( bad idea for sun damage ). to make you less pale,

Only thing that slightly failios you is the eye spacing but the eyebrow growing will fraud that, ( nothing you can do about it unless obo ) But FORGET ABOUT IT, Its not important. It will make you look unique. Try out contact lenses with colored contacts ngl.

Hit the gym and take sarms maybe to get ripped fast asp. ( huge fuckign halo ). Thats pretty much it

Whiten your teeth

I hope your voice is deep, but then smoke some cigs, ITll help with leaness and raspy voice

Just get laser eye surgery
