Sub-5 without jutting

My shit is so recessed that if i don't jutt then i genuenly look sub-5. Even if im jutting then im like max lmtn. To fix this shit i need to get surgery but i have to wait 2 months to go to the orthodonist and then if im lucky and i they tell me i need the surgery, then i would still have to wait at least like half a year for that. Even if i get the surgery then my shit is gonne be fucked up for like 5 months after that. At least maybe my countrys health system will pay for it because i got a fucking skeletal abnormality and its affecting my teeth a lot.

I think this is the most common issue on this whole forum. I'm assuming 80% of us are here just due to bad lower third. I have this issue aswell, and it's affecting more to my health than aesthetics.
