sub5 means anything below but not included 5.0 correct? htn is 5.0 including 5.0 and above, meaning "not sub 5" means 5.0 included and above, so saying not sub 5 means htn ( lowest of low htn included ) and above, hope clears it up ( 5.0 including 5.0 itself on the scale is agreed to be htn in polls )
