Yeah no, unsurprisingly she uses and abuses him, and finally when she calls him a "loser" and "sorry ass motherfucker" one time too much he snaps and breaks her neck lol. That's extreme case, most such losers simply endure this to end of their sorry existence.
Remember that every time you see some 3/10 oofy-doofy with a pretty girl, it's one of these scenarios. It doesn't matter that she let him hit and bore him a son. He's still a "sorry ass motherfucker" to her no matter what.
