What has stopped you from committing suicide?

Idk if I could be as mentally strong as u are

Family and religion. I wouldn’t want to pass on the suffering. I may not be as religious but they are, and suicide means eternal damnation. That thought would haunt my family members. Best to just stay alive and go out naturally, or at least not by choice.

Essentially every Islamic marriage is arranged because you need her guardian to agree to the marriage, otherwise it’s not possible. There’s basically no way around it.
