actually good points. the thing thats bad for you is being fat. if you are lean you can eat seed oils and just burn them.

1. Its true they have higher smoke points, due to the amount of processing they go through but they quickly go rancid when exposed to oxygen and not sealed. Its cos while stable when not exposed to the atmosphere they are unstable when they are and this should be obvious since these oils contain significant amount of PUFAs that are unstable by virtue of their molecular configuration (double bonds)

2. She makes it seem like hexane is not a huge prob and while that may be true, there is significant amount of heavy metals found even in olive oil (the "safest " seed /vegetable oil) https://www.mdpi.com/2076-3417/13/5/3020

3. Trans fats may be minimal but the is an uncannily high amount of linoleic, and gamma linolenic acid which have been directly implicated in cancer, and correlated with diabetes. The innocous MUFA arent innocous either and slowly encourage higher membrane permeability which leads to less energy production over time in the mitochondria and a leaky barrier
