In the one with my glasses I'm clean shaven, Ik it won't fucking help. But I want to gauge if hardmaxxing is the only solution, or if potentially leaning out will ascend me to mltn or smth.

debloating can only benefit you, also change haircut and maybe trying to grow out a goatee to hide your chin and lips can help too
