Subcranial modified Orbital box osteotomy Dr Barry Eppley

Hey everyone my IPD is 60 mm which is close set. I was wondering about Dr Barry Eppley and the subcranial modified orbital box osteotomy approach. Or would a rhinoplasty be a better option? Would it help my eyes look further apart? Thank you all.
