yes it can but its not EXTREMELY noticeable, however in my experience i did notice a bit of change on 40mg EOD. IMO you should try hydrocortisone bro. Accutane wont affect the nose skin severly, not as bad as hydrocortisone for sure. Its just going to strip ur noses oils, giving the illusion of it being smaller and well defined.

Just lift weights and get muscle. Ethnic/non-East Asian men men typically gain quite a bit of SMV from weightlifting. White and East Asian men don't benefit looks wise from weight lifting as much it seems.

to be honest my nose has never been too big, its probably one of my best features ngl. I have noticed that it did shrink by probably 5-8%. It does depend on how oily your nose is though bro. 100% test out hydrocortisone dude. Goodluck, no problem
