So yeah Iโm basically trying to get back to that weight again, the main reason for why I put the weight back last year was because my microwave air fryer oven (yes I had an all in one GOATED DEVICE
) break and ever since then I just had a hard time adapting to cooking using only a stove so all my food is either boiled or fried now but Iโve adapted and am learning how to deal with it and itโs going great rnIโve already lost 2KG
In a week and a half. Ima weigh myself when I get home cos Iโm in the Gym rn then I have some work to do for a job. But yeah man itโs looking good hopefully the results say what I need it to say

Just cut back on carbs and do intermittent fasting. Keto + IF makes the weight shed ridiculously fast. I'm at 185 pounds at 5'11 right now and I'm trying to get to 200 and I will stop there.
