It’s 4am and I haven’t been able to sleep cuz of my fucking subhuman 4’10 mom who already nerfed me with her height genes and now she’s fucking up my sleep too like she hasn’t just utterly doomed my bloodline. My sub 5 brother was scrolling reels all night and she kept turning on the lights to make his ass sleep and now they’re both fucking asleep and I can’t sleep nigga I’m gonna burn the house down we live in a fucking studio dude. Spiked my cortisol to gandy heaven, it’s so over for my growth spurt. My brother doesn’t even fucking shower bro he came from the airport today this nigga is genuinely gross what the fuck is even wrong with this family.

If you can't change the environment, sleep mask (choose some "3d" one so it would cover eyes well) + earplugs (soft ones can be fine, as long as you use then correctly. It will be difficult to get used to hard ones in the beginning.
