All in myface hips and legs legit all of it my arms and torso dont look fat except for my gyno but tbh without a shirt I dont have titties I swear they are more prominent with a shirt that and narrow clavicle my hips are wider than my clavicle prob

I take alot i think 60mg of focalin a day when max dose is supposed to be 40
k then you're gonna have to use some other appetite suppressant on top if thats not enough

idk, losing weight seems easy asf

I lost 40 pounds im 165 5'11 I just look awkward cuz of my build I can see my ribs but still have a fat face

Mies goes all in the belly and legs. But I got lucky in the face. My face looks probably 6-9% body fat lower then the rest of my body.

I hit 29% body fat in a bulk gone wrong but I still had a decent jawline . I am now 20% and its def stronger but not a crazy transformation .

I do notice I get treated better and more foids looking.

Just get down to 15% body fat and most of the issues you are facing will go away, but use a Dexa scan. I thought I was like 22-23% but turns out 29% at 172 lbs 5ft 11.

I am now about 153 lbs and 21% body fat , going to go down to 140-143 lbs to hit 15% body fat , before bulking again but this time slower and making sure to hit my protein goals.

I guess its good that my face doesn't become a bloat lord but as a hispanic our subhuman fat distribution makes us carry a lot more belly fat then whites or blacks.

It basically means at the same weight our body fats are a lot higher.

Like the average white American is like 190 lbs and 28% body fat. I was that at 172 lbs and had been weight training for a few years but granted it was off and on some time with few months of breaks and often times not hitting protien goals. But these are untrained white dudes that just eat goyslop all day and dont touch weights. So pretty brutal

But my abs are starting to show now, and another 10 lbs I expect them to pop even without good down lighting .In fitness optimized letting its pretty good .

Chat gpt projects me to hit 14-15% at 141-144 lbs, so rn I just checked my weight its a bit less now 156 lbs. o about 12-15 lbs more left.

I lose about 1.5 lbs a week which is moderately aggressive, trying to aim for 2 lbs but that would be a 1000 calorie daily deficit which is intense. I have strong food cravings and always think about food.

Thankfully I have not binged the entire 12 weeks since my cut. The first 2 weeks of my cut went wrong as I somehow gained weight like 3 lbs despite getting rid of my peanut butter. At the time I was drinking my high protein ultra filtered whole milk which has double the protein of normal whole milk. It turned out that what I thought was 1 cup of milk was actually 1.5 cups of milk and if you have like 5 cups of that 0.5*4= 2 cups and each cup is 170 calories. So 340 calories surplus u can still bulk

My advice woudl be to first get lean like I am doing and eat 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. And do weight training. Do cardio on non weight training days twice a week and do one high intensity style cardio style like rowing , sprinting no more then 15-20 minutes including breaks of either shorter and total rest or alteranting with high intensity and doing slow rest periods, and one low intensity session like jogging or low intensity rowing session of 25-30 minutes

And as for the other things try to get 10,000 steps. Average person gets like 3000-4000. If you do 1 long walk ( 30 minutes round trip ) in the morning and 1 long in the evening ( 30 minutes as well ) and just walk around your home you should be able to hit it pretty easily
