In the US ? I would expect no less than $15-20K (all-in) with an experienced, skilled surgeon. Let's not even talk about the typical Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, who can easily charge in the $30-50K range for a primary rhino.

Search here through the past ~3 months, and you'll find the testimony of a guy who went to a US female surgeon, president of The Rhinoplasty Society or some similar medical association. If I recall correctly, he had quite a thick oriental nose before surgery, and he was pleased with the result, which he paid ~$15K for. She could probably make your schnoz look alright.

Among past presidents, I see Drs. Guyuron, Rollin, Daniel, and Gruber, who were all regarded as top rhino specialists when I went through a similar research in the early 2010s. So I assume that more recent presidents and other members of this association may rank among the finest surgeons in the US. Check their Instagram, Realself, and dedicated Facebook groups (type "rhinoplasty USA" in FB's search bar, and it should come up with a few of these groups).
