is this the result of a lefort cut around the ANS? his maxilla is pushed foward but his nose seems to be in the same place so the base of the nose ends up being squished?

looks to me like the ANS was moved up with the lefort through maxillary impaction hence his tip swings downwards like that. could be wrong though. he needs rhino anyway.

He really needed a high cut le fort, like B or C... and bring the nasal spine with it instead of the V cut around it.
Then follow with rhinoplasty
