It can also give length but maybe chin implants is the best option for you.

Not fully, Im just saying dont have a lot of hopes for big bone structural changes, maybe a little bit but u wont get to above average level bonemass.

I think you can get to MMTN with some softmaxxes but if you want to get to HMTN or above, consider implants, fat grafting or rhino. If you want something cheaper get fillers but they are not the best
