The red shirt was me when I was 14 pushing 15 and this is me now at 17, I stopped eating goyslop and went full meat, half a kilo of chicken a day, 1.5 litre milk a day, 10 eggs, cut out vegetables, ate a shit ton, I still ate junk though, I'm 5'10 now, my retainers broke so my lips look a bit off right now but I had aligners for the past 1.5 years, my lips looked normal before it broke, I'll get it fixed and after a year so, I'm going to get lefort I to fix my recessed maxilla. I have a decent front profile now and used to have long hair, so I've gotten a few ltbs, mtbs, but after my last break up, I've stopped caring and now only care about the gym again, MMA and maxing out my bones. Everyone's telling me my maxilla's not recessed. Is it? Should I go surgery? Ik I look ogremaxxed rn but it's the aligners, it'll get fixed soon.

Most holy cope ever, I've got lateral ceph x rays showing I've got 2mm more mandible growth than average now going from recessed, maxilla can't grow like the mandible past a very young age so it's still pretty recessed.
