I think it has more to do with Dads side tbh. A lot of my friends who have bald dads are starting to Norwood. My Mom’s father started losing his hair in his late teens and my mom has thinning hair, but I’m 21 and still NW0Then why do these traits persist in modern populations? The demographic which doesn't have these features are Asian men and they have the lowest possible SMV.
