When someone is taking a long time to respond to your message, as we know everyone has their phone with them 24/7, so yeah they are not busy, they just dont want to talk to you. Plus if you are always the first to start a conversation(you can also check than by not texting anyone for a long period of time, to see if they care about you) its over...
